GUARANTEE POLICY
 

The minimum guarantee is the least amount of guests for which a room may be contracted
and is the minimum amount for which you will be billed.

Approximately 10 days before the party, we request that you come in to draw up a floor plan
for seating arrangements. At this point, we would like you to provide us with a final count figure.

The final count is important because it determines several things: the number of meals prepared;
the number of place settings arranged; the number of waitresses and bartenders scheduled; the
amount for which you are billed.

If the final count falls below the minimum guarantee, you are billed for the minimum guarantee.
For instance, if your minimum guarantee is 200 and your final count is 190, you are billed for 200 guests.

Of course, if the actual number of guests attending your party exceeds both the final count and the
minimum guarantee, you are billed for the actual count. For instance, if your minimum guarantee is 200,
and your final count is 220, you are billed for 220 guests.

Your deposit is non-refundable.

NOTE: THE BALANCE DUE IS PAYABLE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR PARTY
